I founded Luxe Edge after spending more than 15 years in the dental industry.

My journey into dentistry actually started very early. When I was just 14 years old, I began working as a dental assistant for my father. Being in the practice at such a young age gave me firsthand experience in patient care and the day-to-day operations of a dental office. That early exposure sparked a passion for dentistry that continued to grow over the years.

In 2019, I graduated from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene with my Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene and have been working full-time as a dental hygienist ever since. Throughout my career, I naturally became the designated instrument sharpener in every office I worked in. My colleagues trusted my attention to detail and my ability to restore instruments to their proper edge.

As a practicing clinician, I understand firsthand how much sharp instruments matter. When instruments become dull, the difference is immediate—procedures take longer, removing plaque and calculus becomes more difficult, and wrist strain starts to develop. After experiencing this myself, I realized how critical properly sharpened instruments are for both clinician comfort and patient care.

That realization is what inspired me to create Luxe Edge.

I built Luxe Edge to provide dental professionals with reliable, high-quality instrument sharpening so they can work more efficiently, reduce strain, and maintain the precision their patients deserve.

Because sharp instruments don’t just improve performance—they help protect the health and longevity of the clinicians who use them every day.
